Delivery to Ireland and the UK

Delivery to Ireland is €4.50 and is sent with An Post.   Orders over €80 have free shipping. It usually takes 2-6 Business Days from shipping date. However on occasion it takes longer and we can only provide estimates.

Delivery to the UK is €7 and is sent with An Post. It usually takes 3-6 Business Days from shipping date. However on occasion it takes longer and we can only provide estimates. Due to Covid Restrictions and Brexit this could be longer.

If your order has not arrived with you within 10 working days from dispatch of your order please contact us at hello@myminimunch.com.

Delivery within Europe excl UK.

The cost of delivery to Europe is €7.50 for Regular Post with An Post or €13.50 by trackable Registered Post through An Post.  With registered shipping you will receive tracking information and orders are fully insured should it not arrive with you safely and we will be in a position to replace your order.

Delivery within North America.

The cost of delivery to North America is €7.50 with Regular Post with An Post or €13.50 for trackable Registered Post through An Post.  With registered shipping you will receive tracking information and orders are fully insured should it not arrive with you safely and we will be in a position to replace your order.

Delivery within Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

The cost of delivery to Canada, Australia & New Zealand is €7 with Regular Post with An Post or €13 for trackable Registered Post through An Post.  With registered shipping you will receive tracking information and orders are fully insured should it not arrive with you safely and we will be in a position to replace your order.

T&C’s:

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.  Current turnaround time is 10-14 working days to prepare and will be shipped on the next available shipping day.  We take no responsibility for import duties, custom taxes or charges if importing to a country outside of the EU.

If you exchange an item, we will charge the cost of shipping the replacement item to you at cost.

Should you provide an incorrect or insufficient address when ordering we are not liable to provide a replacement package.  We provide a return to address so providing the package arrives back we will re-send your order but we do not accept liability for the additional postage cost.

Returns

We take pride in everything we do and want you to be happy with your purchase. But we understand that sometimes your purchase may not be right for you and that you may wish to return it.  For your peace of mind we are happy to offer a refund on all unpersonalised items if you are disappointed.  Simply email us at hello@myminimunch.com within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange returning the item.  You can then return it in the original condition and packaging within an agreed time limit. A refund will then be issued less postage and packing and any relevant bank charges. This does not apply to personalised items under EU distance selling regulations.

Personalised items can only be returned if damaged in transit. In the case of damaged items a full refund or replacement item will be offered. This does not affect your statutory rights.  Please email hello@myminimunch.com to arrange return before shipping your item.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that a product you purchase from My Mini Munch is faulty or damaged, it can of course be returned to us for a full refund or replacement. In respect of faulty or damaged goods, you must notify us in writing by email at hello@myminimunch.com within 7 days of receipt of the item to receive instructions on how to return faulty goods to us. Please ensure you contact us in writing prior to returning.
